Glycerin Dew or Soap Sweating: Due to the high hydrating content of glycerin in our loofah and massage bar soaps you may see wee beads of moisture appear on your soap. This is very normal and usually happens more when the humidity is high. The humectants in glycerin draw water from the air and onto the soap. This does not affect the quality of your soap in anyway, it will rinse off just fine!
This can be avoided by storing in an airtight container or wrapping in plastic film – there are some really cool eco-friendly ones around – we use a fully compostable cling wrap on each loofah. Never leave your loofah sitting in water or it will dissolve and go mushy.

Shipping: Your order will be on its way to you 1-3 business days after your order is placed depending on demand at the time. Whilst we do carry a small amount of stock, generally your products will be made fresh for you on the day of your order and shipped the next working day. Please make sure you select shipping options correctly if you are rural as your order will not be able to be delivered without the correct shipping information. We will contact you if we can see our end that insufficient postage has been paid to arrange alternative payment prior to your order being sent, so please make sure your contact details are correct.
Returns: We do not accept product returns due to the nature of our products. All products are freshly made and inspected thoroughly prior to dispatch where they leave our premises in a high standard of condition. We take no responsibility for the misuse of product by a customer once it leaves our premises nor will we accept returns for change of mind. All products have been thoroughly researched and tested however if you have any allergies or think you may be allergic to any of the ingredients in our products, please seek medical advice prior to ordering or refrain from purchasing. We encourage you to contact us if you are unsure about purchasing, if you experience any sort of reaction after use or wish to discuss anything about your products. If your product is damaged via courier, you can get in touch with us via email with a photo and description of the damage. Contact with Burnt Orange must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. No returns will be given for customers dropping the product, allowing water to get into the product, incorrect storage, heat damage, using the product for other than what it is intended or for not following product advice, guidelines and instructions.

Melting can occur if left in hot temperatures, so make sure you don't leave in direct sunlight, by a heating source or in your car!
Keep on a soap dish if possible as due to the high glycerin content the soap will dissolve if left sitting in water. In high humidity glycerin dew or soap sweating may occur. This will not affect the effectiveness of your soap in any way and can simply be rinsed off. If you are not going to be using your soap for awhile then storing your soap in a container after patting dry and keeping away from high humidity areas will help prevent this.
