Our gift vouchers are the perfect choice for any occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or Christmas, or as a thoughtful thank you for staff, work colleagues and anyone that deserves a treat! You can choose from either a physical voucher or an E voucher which can be emailed/posted to you or directly to the recipient. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash but why would you want to when you have so many delicious products to choose from! Once your order has gone through, if you would like us to send it directly to the recipient, please email us and let us know what you would like us to write in the "To" and "From" section and the name and address of the recipient.

Shipping: Your order will be on its way to you 1-3 business days after your order is placed depending on demand at the time. Whilst we do carry a small amount of stock, generally your products will be made fresh for you on the day of your order and shipped the next working day. Please make sure you select shipping options correctly if you are rural as your order will not be able to be delivered without the correct shipping information. We will contact you if we can see our end that insufficient postage has been paid to arrange alternative payment prior to your order being sent, so please make sure your contact details are correct.
Returns: We do not accept product returns due to the nature of our products. All products are freshly made and inspected thoroughly prior to dispatch where they leave our premises in a high standard of condition. We take no responsibility for the misuse of product by a customer once it leaves our premises nor will we accept returns for change of mind. All products have been thoroughly researched and tested however if you have any allergies or think you may be allergic to any of the ingredients in our products, please seek medical advice prior to ordering or refrain from purchasing. We encourage you to contact us if you are unsure about purchasing, if you experience any sort of reaction after use or wish to discuss anything about your products. If your product is damaged via courier, you can get in touch with us via email with a photo and description of the damage. Contact with Burnt Orange must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. No returns will be given for customers dropping the product, allowing water to get into the product, incorrect storage, heat damage, using the product for other than what it is intended or for not following product advice, guidelines and instructions.
